3-4 tsp(s). minced garlic
1 1/4 Cup(s) vegetable oil
1 1/4 tsp(s). salt
3/4 tsp(s). freshly ground pepper
1/2 Cup(s) chili sauce
2 1/2 Tbsp(s). Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup(s) vinegar
1 1/4 Clove(s) chopped parsley
1/4 tsp(s). hot pepper sauce
2 Dozen large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Lb(s). pearl onions
1 Pint(s) cherry tomatoes
2 Whole green peppers, cut in bite size pieces

Directions:
1. To make marinade, blend garlic with oil, salt,
ground pepper, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, parsley, and hot pepper sauce.
2. Marinate shrimp, refrigerate for 24 hours.
3. Skewer shrimp alternately with onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
Grill 6 to 8 minutes, turning and basting frequently.
